Evaluating cognitive change in longitudinal neuropsychological assessments Lead Investigator: Jonathan Clapp Institution : University of South Florida E-Mail : jdc2@health.usf.edu Proposal ID : 1117 Proposal Description: I am currently a PhD student in Biostatistics at the University of South Florida. For my dissertation, I am interested in evaluating change methodology for neuropsychological assessments (i.e.: reliable change indices) for longitudinal studies (2 or more time-points). I am interested in combining change indices and regression models to predict the change scores over time, and possibly incorporate a mixed-effects model approach to account for within-individual or cluster differences. As a first step for a population aging course, I am interested in writing about the population cohorts across the UDS data and differences that can be seen in their cognitive functioning.
